our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied
with your purchase please follow the instructions

Goods purchased on Excel
Combines can be returned for a full refund
or exchange provided that you have first
notified us within 3 working days of you
receiving your goods, items must be returned
in a re-sellable condition and a returns
Number which can be obtained from our

Please note that we cannot
refund any cost for postage that you may
have paid, unless we have sent you an
item incorrectly or the item is deemed
to be faulty, you will also be charged
a RS 100 admin fee.
Shipping charges will
not be refunded and customers are required
to pay for the shipping costs to return
the goods to the applicable return address
indicated on the Return Policy.

an item

3) full detailed reason for your return
Once we have received
these detailed we will then issue a Returns
number which must be written on your Customer
care form which arrived with your item
Wrap the item securely with your completed
customer care form

Refunds
will be done in the following case:
1. Genuine sizing issues, only for unused
garments. Thus please review our size
guides carefully before making your purchase.
2. Genuine quality issues
3. Packages lost in transit
4. In case excel combines discovers any
mispricing in its online catalogue and
the price charged to you is higher
than the actual price.
5. In case excel combines discovers that
a wrong item has been shipped to you.
6. In case the customer is not happy with
the purchase and has returned the item/items
to the address mentioned above. In such
case filled return form should be included
in the return shipment.
No
refunds will be given in the following
cases:
1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address
2. Incorrect address format including
any form of a PO Box address
3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by
Courer company
4. Package refused by recipient
5. Products returned in a used or damaged
condition.
